  The corridor on your way to the dining room is decorated with awards and accolades of their wine list. What good are those when there are no decent sides and appetizers to compliment your "custom cut" steak and great wine selection?
  
  We made it through the door, got water, but we walked out shortly after. It is a sad menu to look at. Aside from not being updated, the offerings are slim and disappointing.
  
  Billy Crews has the potential of being a great restaurant but the wait staff and menu do a good job of preventing it. Should you require a meal that consists of a piece of meat, a bottle of wine and nothing else, this is the place for you.
  
  Visited the dining room on a Thursday night in January and there were 4 tables including us.

  I'll rate this mostly based on the menu and service. The food is very well prepared, and the wine selections are absolutely impressive. However, the crowd is a bit on the country-club side (upper class, some very quiet tables, some boisterous business-crowd tables) if that's your thing. To be honest, it wasn't mine and my wife's thing, and I think the server picked up on it and joked around with us a little. We appreciated it and between that at the food, we might be back.

  I just left Billy Crews in Santa Teresa,Nm friday May 20th 2016
  i had a party of 5 people we ordered dinner within 1/2 hour and did not receive our meal for 2 hours i asked to speak to the manager and Mr Crews
  came out to speak to me,that man is more ignorant than anyone i know in business. He told me there cook walked out and that was the reason.
  I told him that as a man he should comp everyone that ordered the cost of their bill.
  He looked at me and said i am sorry you feel that way.
  He comped us a whopping 10%.
  i asked to see him again and proceeded to tell him he and his restaurant were a joke. He is the most arrogant man i have ever met.
